Update
23 July 2026 at 12:06UTC
We have just pushed an improvement so that this specific kind of failure when processing an incoming mail for diagnostics is retried several times before giving up. This will ensure that no inbound email for diagnostics is lost, but you should still expect delayed processing.
For reference, these are the upstream issues:
- https://status.upcloud.com/incidents/rpwmcrph479z
DMARC and TLS report processing is not affected.

The diagnostics feature is currently degraded, due to an outage of an upstream cloud provider. If you use the email diagnosis feature now, the result may never arrive. We recommend trying again in a while.

Our DNS provider fixed their nameserver domain configuration and the nameservers are now accessible again, which means DMARCwise should also be back.
Services may still take a few minutes to fully recover depending on DNS caching.
